We do not accept requests for appointments and health advice or prescriptions via email. For an appointment or health advice please submit an eConsult or telephone the surgery. Prescription requests must be submitted online via System online, the Airmid App or NHS App, or by paper request at the surgery. It is the patients responsibility to ensure they order their medication on time. Medication can be requested up to 10 days before it is due, so please order before you run out. Due to the high level of demand, both the surgery and your pharmacy may take longer than previously to process your request.

Disabled Access
Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance at Lakeside Surgery where a bell is provided to contact the reception team. At Grappenhall the entrance to the surgery is on ground level. Patients' services at both sites are all provided at ground floor level.
A disabled patients' WC is provided at both sites.
A hearing loop is available at both sites.
