Weight Loss Injection Posted or Updated on 23 Jun 2025

It has been published in the media today that the weight loss injection, Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) will be available from the GP.  The Cheshire and Merseyside ICB (integrated Care Board) are currently in the process of Commissioning community prescribing services in each of the 9 places.  GPs will not be directly prescribing Tirzepatide.
